A mission-driven, patient-centered healthcare organization is seeking a Confidential CFO to partner closely with the CEO and executive team in stabilizing and strengthening financial and operational performance.

 

This is a high-impact, executive-facing opportunity for a hands-on financial leader who thrives in complex environments and is energized by building, fixing, and transforming. You will play a critical role in driving financial sustainability, optimizing revenue cycle performance, and aligning operations to support high-quality patient care.

 

Position Highlights

  • Direct oversight of 16 FTEs across finance and revenue cycle
  • True strategic + operational hybrid role (not an ivory tower position)
  • Opportunity to lead financial turnaround and enterprise transformation initiatives
  • High visibility partnership with CEO, leadership team, and clinical stakeholders
  • Autonomy to assess, build, and improve internal processes and infrastructure

 

Ideal Background

  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
  • Prior experience in healthcare, clinical, or medical practice environments
  • Proven success in turnaround, restructuring, or transformation settings
  • Experience as a CFO or senior financial leader ~ strongly preferred
  • CPA, CFA, or similar credentials ~ preferred
