Step into a high-impact executive role with a major healthcare organization known for innovation, quality, and patient-centered excellence. In this rare opportunity, you will lead operations across a large, multi-site geographic region, driving performance, strengthening physician partnerships, and shaping system-wide strategy to elevate quality, service, and affordability for the communities served.

 

To ensure the right leadership fit, we’re seeking executives who can speak to:
Regional or multi-site operational leadership experience
Examples of operational priorities you’ve driven and the results achieved
Experience with expansion, new builds, or major growth initiatives (preferred)

 

What You Will Lead

✔️ Oversight of operational performance across an assigned region
✔️ Implementation and evaluation of system-wide policies, standards, and workflows
✔️ Quality, patient satisfaction, access, and strategic service delivery outcomes
✔️ Budget management, financial performance, and capital planning
✔️ Collaboration with physician leadership to enhance engagement and alignment
✔️ Innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives

 

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 13+ years of progressively responsible healthcare operations leadership (REQUIRED)
  • Deep expertise in physician practice operations, managed care environments, and healthcare finance
  • Proven ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with physicians and executive teams
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills

 

Schedule & Structure

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Day shift with occasional weekend need
  • Exempt leadership position
  • Comprehensive benefits package

 

Compensation

$260K–$360K annually, DOE
Total compensation reflects experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and regional differentials, supported by a strong total rewards package.
Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus potential available.
